FAQ

What about pricing?

We will discuss prices, including potential rebates, when we contact you to confirm your order.

What if I don’t remember which contact lenses I need or which quantity to order?

Not to worry! Enter an estimated quantity and “N/A” in the ‘type of lenses’ box. When we contact you, we will look up what the doctor has prescribed before discussing quantities and pricing.

What if my prescription is from another clinic?

We need to see a copy of the original prescription. This can be sent to us by fax or email.

How long is my contact lens prescription valid for?

Your prescription is valid for 1 year. However, because we are currently unable to see patients, we are honoring your prescription for 2 years.

How do I pay?

At this time, we are preferring to take payment over the phone to limit contact.

Can my contact lenses be shipped directly to my home address?

Yes! All shipping fees are being waived so there’s no additional cost to having them sent directly to your front door. We’re also offering curb-side pick-ups by appointment only.

How long will it take to receive my contacts?

Your contact lenses with arrive within 3-5 business days.

Can I purchase contact lens solution and cases?

We do offer a few options including Biotrue for $20 and Clear Care for $24. The price is only $5 when you purchase a year supply of contact lenses. You can also find contact lens solution at most pharmacies. Contact lens cases are free. Solution and cases need to be picked up from the clinic.

Are you still collecting used contact lenses to be recycled?

Yes! To limit social contact, please call us to schedule a drop-off time. Take a look at our post Contact Lens Recycling Program to learn more details about how and what can be recycled.
